Step away from the hustle and bustle of your everyday life and step into the backcountry of the Canadian Rocky Mountains and onto the doorstep of Bill Wilcox’s Wigwam River Wilderness Camp. Where you will spend your time learning the art of fly fishing.
Because of it’s remote location; access to this camp is via helicopter only. A scenic ride from Fernie through the valley overlooking the Wigwam is a trip in itself.
The camp is located along the banks Wigwam River and is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The secure and cozy Yurt comfortably sleeps 4. The beds are all super cozy which makes for an easy nights rest after a long day of fishing. 
Life at the Wigwam River Wilderness Camp is nothing less than exceptional from the time of booking to the time of departure including the food, your hosts, the amenities and of course right down to the lessons and fishing. You worry about hooking the fish and we’ll take care of the rest!
